orangeOranges are great fun to eat and should be eaten whole to gain the fibre.

They are wonderfully tart and sweet at the same time and I usually eat them as a snack or at the end of a meal.





  • Vitamin C - A great source of vitamin C which is important antioxidant and a cofactor for collagen formation.
  • Fibre - A good source of fibre which helps to lower cholesterol, prevention of colon cancer and diabetes.
  • Vitamin B6 - A good source of vitamin B6 which helps to make red blood cells.
  • Potassium - A source of potassium which is important for maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance.
